Processing related to the web services provided by this site takes place at the headquarters of Audere s.r.l. and is only carried out by technical staff from the office responsible for processing, or possibly by people employed in occasional maintenance operations. No piece of data from the web service is communicated or disseminated. Personal data provided by users requesting information (newsletters, documents, replies to questions, etc.) are used for the sole purpose of performing the service or giving the assistance requested and are communicated to third parties in the sole case in which this proves necessary for said purpose.
Collection of personal data takes place within specific sections of the site where further information may be found on how data are used. This integrates the present and consent to process such data is specifically requested there.
The computer systems and software procedures used for site consultation acquire, solely for the duration of the connection, identification data which are not stored permanently nor collected but which, by their very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, make it possible to identify users. These data are: IP addresses or the domain names of computers used by connected users, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of requested resources, the time, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the reply file obtained, the numeric code indicating the status of the response from the server and other parameters.

DATA PROVIDED VOLUNTARILY BY THE USER
The optional, voluntary forwarding of emails to addresses contained in the site, involves the consequent acquisition of the sender's address which is necessary to reply to requests. Other personal data contained in the email are also acquired and these will be processed for the sole purpose of replying to the sender's requests.
